Ages 9+ (minors must be accompanied by an adult)
What to expect:
a 45 min guided yoga class with Mariah Buck followed by creative card making and paper crafts to show the special people in our lives love and appreciation
What to bring:
yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothes. Â (if you dont have a mat, we have one you could use.)Â
