About the event
During this 2 hour event we will journey through a meditative painting exercise that includes breathwork and exploration through the 7 chakras. We will end with a Yin/Yang style yoga flow with sun salutations and relaxing Yin poses. Each Student will leave with their own beautiful and unique 11inx14in painting. All painting materials included.
