My style of Barre is a fun ballet inspired workout focused on the legs, hips, & glutes with a foundation of Yoga, done to the beat of the music.

I arrive dressed for fun, with a trunk full of goodies including a variety of kids yoga games, and activities set to the theme of your party or gathering. During the hour Kids will be encouraged to be silly, move their bodies, and practice valuable breathing exercises that can be used long after the party is over.

The guided chakra painting with Mariah was a FUN experience! I came in not knowing what to expect, But the moment I walked in, Mariah had paint brushes, paint colors, blank canvas, and a TV set up. I learned so much about the chakras from the color ties, the chanting sounds, the types of foods, & so much more per chakra! It was a soothing experience, and I felt so deeply immersed in my meditation mode, even all throughout the vinyasa flow following the painting, that I don’t even know how I got home afterward! It was FANTASTIC!
