About the event
For ages 6-12yrs (ages 9 and under must be accompanied by a parent)
What to expect:
Kids will be guided through breathwork and yoga poses with games, stories, and music. Every class includes all of the materials needed to complete an art project to take home!
What to bring:
*Yoga mat and water. We will provide a snack for the kids, however if your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies be sure to reach out and let us know at Mariah@ohmyghoshevents.com , we can accomodate you or your child can bring a snack from home.Â
 (*if your child does not have a yoga mat we will have some there to borrow)Â
